Hi all,
Just on the off chance some of you may be interested, Dunfermline Golf Club (Pitfirrane, Crossford), is holding its annual 18 hole Open competitions on the weekend of the 9th and 10th of June. Entries close on 2nd and 3rd of June respectively. This is an event that I and others have played a few times in the past - a genuinely nice golf course, beautifully maintained and fantastic value at only £10 per player.

Dorian, Cliff and myself have already entered the Scratch-10 handicap event on Saturday 9th, but I believe places are still available for this, and the 11-20 handicap event on Sunday 10th. If you would like to enter, either a phone call to the Secretary (01383 729 061 extension no. 1) or send in a form by filling out appropriate fields, printing and posting with cheque for entry fee as indicated:

Players with handicaps over 20 may be allowed to play (using 20 as their competitive handicap for the day), though I'd check this with the Secretary prior to entering just to make sure.
